What does "Holi" really mean? 🎨

Everyone knows Holi as the festival of colour — powders thrown into the air, streets turned into a blur of pink, yellow, green, and orange.

At Holi Indian Restaurant, we've taken that same idea and brought it straight to your plate. Every dish here is its own burst of colour: the deep red of a tandoori marinade, the golden turmeric glow of a curry, the vibrant green of fresh coriander and chutney.

From cutting the aubergine, preparing the marinade, mixing those beautiful Indian spices, making the sauce and bringing everything together, we’ve shown you the whole process. 👨‍🍳🌶️
