Last week we said goodbye to our Junior Sous Chef, Hamit, after two and a half years with us.

Originally from Türkiye, Hamit has been such a valued part of the team — always hardworking, helpful and ready to lend a hand. He got on so well with everyone, and his presence in the kitchen will definitely be missed.

We’re very sad to see you go, Hamit, but we’re wishing you all the very best for whatever comes next. You’ll always be part of the Chez Max family !!
