Two days of live Gaucho music, dancing, laughter, great food and plenty of Gaucho spirit.

Six years is an important milestone for us, and we’re incredibly grateful to everyone who has been part of this journey and continues to be part of our story.

To our guests, our community, our friends and everyone who has supported us along the way, thank you!❤️‍🔥

And to the whole BAH33° team, thank you for everything you do and for keeping the fire burning every day.

We wouldn’t be here without all of you.

One of the biggest celebrations of the Gaucho year is coming to BAH33°. 💚❤️💛

Every September, Gauchos across Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, come together to honour the Farroupilha Revolution of 1835 - a nearly decade-long movement that became an important part of Gaucho history, identity and culture.

And once again, we’re bringing a little piece of that celebration to Dublin.🔥

Whether you’re familiar with Gaucho traditions or simply curious to experience something new, come join us for two days of Gaucho culture, music, dancing and fire.

➡️ But what exactly is Farroupilha Week?

Every September, Rio Grande do Sul comes alive with Semana Farroupilha, a celebration of Gaucho history, culture and identity. It honours the Farroupilha Revolution, which began on 20 September 1835. The conflict lasted almost ten years and became an important part of the history and identity of Rio Grande do Sul.🇧🇷
Today, Semana Farroupilha is celebrated across the state with traditional music, dancing, dress, food and gatherings - bringing Gauchos together to celebrate the culture and traditions that have been passed down through generations.

And now, we’re bringing a little piece of that celebration to Dublin once again.🔥

Big Grill 2026.🔥

Four days of Gaucho fire, live-fire BBQ and great energy at Europe’s largest international BBQ and live-fire food festival.

This year, we went big. 👀

The Rib Tower and The Rib Cage made their Big Grill debut, bringing a new way to experience our Gaucho BBQ - with plenty of beef ribs, pork belly, Picanha coming off the fire. 🥩🔥

To everyone who stopped by, tried our BBQ, said hello or shared a moment with us: thank you! You made these four days special.❤️‍🔥

And to our team: thank you for the hard work, long days and endless energy. We couldn’t have done it without you.
