🍽 For this special weekend, our chefs have created Jerk Spiced Chicken Skewer, Slow Braised Beef Cheeks and Caribbean Dark Chocolate Mousse, available alongside our à la carte menu.

🍹 At the bar, Tortuga Mojito, Black Pearl and Calypso explore rum, cacao and tropical ingredients through three signature cocktails created for the occasion.

🎶 Live Cuban vocals bring the rhythms of the islands into dinner, before the music moves into a DJ set later in the evening.
