6月19日至7月19日晚市期間,在品嚐百川珍味嚐味菜單同時,客人亦可升級至餐酒搭配體驗(每位港幣 788 元),涵蓋疊川純麥威士忌、賀蘭山霄峰葡萄酒,每位HK$788。另外亦為四至六人的聚會,度身設計餐酒配搭方案。歡迎與家人前來共聚,從容入座,細細享受。⁠

A proper Father’s Day brunch should arrive in waves: clay pots still steaming, tea constantly refilled, crispy skins cracking under chopsticks, and conversation carrying on long after the first round of dim sum.⁠

From 19 to 21 June, The Chinese Library extends its Unlimited Dim Sum Brunch for Father’s Day weekend at HK$488 per guest. As a special token of recognition, fathers joining brunch on 21 June will receive a complimentary Whisky Sour made with The Chuan Pure Malt Whisky.⁠

For those joining us in the evening, a five-glass pairing featuring The Chuan Pure Malt Whisky and Helan Mountain’s XIAOFENG Wines is also available from 19 June to 19 July at HK$788 per guest, with customised pairings available for groups of four to six. Gather the family and settle in properly.

香草混醬燒鴿是整場體驗的焦點,外皮酥脆,醬色醇厚入味;還有韭香藤椒蒸鱈魚,鮮意層層湧現。佳餚為分享而設,既細膩動人,又內斂豐味,層次逐一從容綻放。

The Icons of Flavour tasting menu revisits some of The Chinese Library’s most recognised signatures through the lens of time, technique, and careful preparation. Built around aged ingredients, controlled heat, and layered sauces, the menu reflects Chef Junno Li’s contemporary interpretation of Chinese culinary craftsmanship.

The Roasted Pigeon with Homemade Sauce sits at the centre of the experience, its crisp skin and deeply seasoned glaze balanced by dishes such as Steamed cod with Chinese chives and Sichuan pepper. Designed for sharing, the menu moves steadily through refined textures and measured richness across the courses.

Made to be seen and eaten in the same moment on our Unlimited Dim Sum Brunch, the Barbecue pork cheung fun is prepared with a translucent finish that reveals the meat inside. The texture stays smooth and almost weightless, while the filling brings a deeper and more savoury bite. Just before serving, a light soy-based sauce is poured over, spreading across the rolls and pooling at the edges.⁠

This final step softens the rice sheets slightly and lifts the sweetness of the barbecue pork. The result is straightforward, precise, and texturally clear.
