Today is Palm Sunday here in Greece, and Orthodox tradition calls for eating fish.

Sardine tartare with lemon, capers, chives, parsley, cherry tomatoes, and piment d’Espelette.
Served with pissaladière, a classic from the South of France.

Τατάρ σαρδέλας με λεμόνι, κάπαρη, σχοινόπρασο, μαϊντανό, ντοματίνια και πάπρικα καυτερή.

Last year, we had the honor of cooking for the presentation of "Tales from home", a book of stories for kids from Iran, Afghanistan,...
with my friend Nadia Al-Fouderi, who brought the flavors of Iran to our buffet.

Nadia shared her culture's culinary treasures and her grandmother’s recipes with : Chicken Fesenjan, Shirazi salad, Aubergine salad with kachk, Kebabs, Stuffed vine leaves with pomegranate molasses... a true taste of Iran!
