Banana, date, walnut & tahini bread…take 2 🎬

Last time I tried this with flax eggs &… we’re allowed to admit when something isn’t it 😅 a little too dense for my liking!

So this one? Back to real eggs. Same wholesome ingredients w/ buckwheat & almond flour but softer, lighter & delicious

Through her passion for food, Soraya focuses on building communities around social justice. From curry nights for Worthing’s homeless community, to raising awareness for Palestine and for refugees, from hosting cultural film & food nights, to helping families cook on a tight budget and timeframe, Soraya uses her family recipes as a conduit for bringing people together.

Soraya’s vibrant menus explore the rich and diverse ingredients, customs and values from her mixed heritage, whilst showcasing a combination of fusion food & traditional favourites. Every dish celebrates the bond between cooking and culture and there’s love in every bite! Soraya’s salads are home cooked using fresh, organic produce, upholding her belief that everyone has the right to great, affordable food 🧡
