❤️ A LITTLE CONSIDERATION GOES A LONG WAY! ❤️

One thing I will never understand is people booking our function room and then simply not turning up without even letting us know.

I completely understand that plans change, things happen and sometimes people need to cancel. That’s life! But a quick message or phone call costs absolutely nothing.

Yes, you lose your £50 deposit, but as a business, we lose a hell of a lot more. We’ve turned other families away because we’ve kept that room reserved for you, when somebody else could have been making lovely memories in it.

Hospitality is hard enough as it is, and behind every pub is a business trying its best to keep its doors open, pay its bills and support its community.

I’m not posting this to have a moan or upset anybody. I’m simply asking for a little common courtesy and respect. ❤️

If you can’t make your booking, PLEASE just let us know. It really is that simple.
