The sunshine was showing off our new sharing desserts perfectly on Saturday at for R & L’s beautiful wedding.

Choosing just three desserts is never easy, but this delicious trio was a crowd-pleaser:
✨ Summer Berry Pavlova to share and cut
✨ Sticky Toffee Pudding with warm butterscotch sauce and Cornish clotted cream
✨ Passion Fruit Possets with homemade shortbread

Everything was handmade by us, right down to the delicate tuile biscuits and pear crisps, with elderflowers, mint and edible flowers freshly foraged from our garden.

The couple loved so many of our canapé options that we served 10 different varieties, followed by a generous sharing feast and these beautiful sharing desserts.

A celebration full of flavour, abundance, and the joy of bringing people together around great food. It was a truly stunning day, with the most wonderful couple, incredible food and wonderful suppliers.

Always a favourite with guests...

Our Tomato & Basil Arancini canapés feature a molten mozzarella centre, finished with vibrant basil pesto for the perfect burst of flavour.

The moment these make an appearance, everyone makes a beeline for them!

What a day…

A huge shout out to the team today for battling the Cornish weather to bring amazing dishes to hungry guests for L & O’s wedding.

From elegant canapés and generous sharing mains to beautiful puddings, every plate was a celebration of the Cornish produce. Featuring foraged wild roses, elderflowers, and edible flowers grown by Alice, the menu reflected the very best of what Cornwall has to offer.

Despite the wind, rain, and everything in between, the team delivered an incredible feast with smiles, determination, and plenty of passion.

Congratulations to L & O, and thank you for letting us be part of such a special day.

The beauty of making everything from scratch is that we can tailor every detail to your tastes.

When a lovely couple visited us for their wedding tasting earlier in the year, they asked if we could recreate Grandma's cherished lemon curd recipe for their big day. Because we make everything ourselves, the answer was simple, absolutely.

It's one of the reasons we're different from other caterers. Your event should reflect your story, your memories, and the flavours you love 🍋
