🔥🍕 GO SKATE DAY at Concrete Waves is calling… and we’re bringing the carbs.

We’ll be firing up from 10am–6pm, serving wood fired sourdough bacon baps to fuel the early session skaters before keeping the ovens hot with our classic sourdough pizzas all day long. 🛹🍕

Whether you’re skating, spectating, or just here for the vibes, swing by for live music, skate jams, local brands, cash prizes and seriously good pizza.

Most importantly, it’s all in support of The Ben Raemers Foundation ❤️

The event is running Saturday 20th & Sunday 21st but we will only be spinning discs on the Sunday if you want to catch us.

Another week, another excuse to eat wood fired sourdough pizza 🍕🔥

We’ll be feeding skaters and spectators at Go Skate Day 2026, raising money for the Ben Raemers Foundation. Expect live music, skate jams, local brands, cash prizes, food and plenty going on throughout the day.

As always, pre-orders are strongly advised for the village hall pop ups to avoid missing out.

What a week it had been show…

From battling some seriously wild weather, to long days, endless pizza prep, and serving so many lovely customers who stood patiently in line for fresh pies despite the conditions. It was a real shame to have the final day cancelled.

A huge amount of hard work went into the week, and sometimes things just don’t work out the way we’d hoped. That’s the reality of running a small business, there are always highs and lows, and some things are simply out of our control.

A massive shout-out to for kindly offering us a pitch to help us out. Unfortunately, after a 3-hour pack down in true Kernow weather, we had to admit defeat 😔

The good news? We’re still smiling.

We’re incredibly grateful for all the supportive messages from our amazing customers, friends and fellow traders. Your support means the world to us 🖤
