🍗 WE'RE HIRING – SENIOR KITCHEN MANAGER 🍗

Wing Shed is looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team in St Austell.

We're not looking for someone to simply fill a position—we're looking for the right person to become a key part of the business and help us continue to grow.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident running a kitchen, leading a team, maintaining high standards and taking real ownership of their work.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, including service, prep, stock control, food quality, hygiene standards and team management.

What we're looking for:

✔️ Experience in a senior kitchen position

✔️ Confident leading a team and running busy services

✔️ High standards and strong attention to detail

✔️ Reliable, hardworking and organised

✔️ Full UK driving licence and own vehicle

✔️ Someone who wants to grow with the business long-term

Hours are Wednesday to Sunday, afternoons and evenings, averaging 35–50 hours per week.

Competitive pay package available and will be based on experience and ability.
