Cracking day in the kitchen with our level 3 CDP’s today as they took on advance biscuits in the kitchen.

We are over the moon to announce the very first of our restaurant takeovers with the amazing on the 6th of October. This promises to be an evening to remember, so please do book as we have limited spaces available. Arrival drinks 5:30pm, through to dine at 6pm.

Head chef Ben is Best known for his seasonal, produce-led cooking and Basque-influenced British cuisine, you’re in for a fantastic evening of food.

Our doors will back open as of next week, standby by for further details of how to book and exact dates. With a new batch of hospitality students, returning level 2’s, a new look restaurant and exciting takeovers from incredible Cornish restaurants. 26/27 is going to be like you’ve never seen us before.

Tomorrow we will drop the new menu and booking information.

Flavour town!

Our level 2 commis chefs showcasing the art of balance with this Asian style sea bass & stir fry noodle. Great filleting skills and fish cookery. Important conversations around layering flavour, balance and texture.

Today our level 2 commis chef apprentices produced the most delicious plant based open sandwich. Smashed chickpea, cashew cream, beef tomato, avocado and smoked tofu. All topped on a grilled sourdough, drizzled with lots of extra virgin olive oil, fresh herbs and plenty of lime. Elite level lunch, full of goodness and plenty of flavour. Why not come and try one for your self…
