Our Rhubarb fridge tart of course!

Our twist on the South African classic fridge tart, featuring layers of rhubarb, Cornish cream, and a coconut Cornish fairing biscuit and crumb, all finished with a sprinkle of coconut.

The Marula Tree will be closed for lunch tomorrow as Chef Debbie has been invited along to be a judge at the Torpoint & District Garden & Craft Show!

If you’re looking for something to do tomorrow, why not head along and enjoy what promises to be a fantastic local day out?
