Coffee break.
With an end in near sight! Just need to pop out for the Jam soon with just 2 cheesecake flavours to finish and Victoria sandwiches to make up.
Then the delights of the labels.

Paella for tea tonight.
Might have to also grab a bottle of wine.

Getting there!! Feeling organised, shortbread done, crumble mix done apples stewing and nearly ready for the tubs. Cookie dough done and waiting for the oven.
I think I shall have a good bit done before teatime.

Lots to do tomorrow for a double stall weekend.
Cheesecakes, cookies, crumbles, mini Victoria sandwiches and I have to think about decoration of my stall 40's style.
I have a nice butterfly tablecloth, could do with some bunting, i have apple crates to stand my displays on. Then i guess i should dress up.

Various sizes of cheesecakes to choose from today as well as the Apple Crumbles I'm down to 3 cookies and special today is Red Velvet cake with Indulgent Chocolate Fudge Icing.
