We are aware of recent comments made on social media by the management team at Osteria Antonio and will be discussing this with the current management immediately.

As owners of the venue, we would like to take this opportunity to state we do not condone any derogatory comments used by the management of Osteria Antonio, and would also like to reiterate that these do not represent those of Hotel 52 and The One Collection Group.

We have been a part of Stanley since launching Hotel 52 in 2018 and would like to express our thanks for the continued support from a very welcoming community.

Further updates will be communicated in the near future, should we feel these are of interest to the public.

Feel free to book anytime between 5pm-7pm on Tuesday.

From Wednesday on, walk-ins welcome as usual.

Have you ever tasted Salmone al tegamino? It means pan fried salmon. In Italy we cook it with cherry tomatoes, cappers and olives and we keep the skin on but make it caramelised and crunchy. Lovely with a side of roast potatoes. Not on the menu yet but might add it

Did you know? We are one of the very few venues in the whole UK to sell Stella 5% unfiltered? Too strong for you? ☺️ We like it that way and we're like your momma who dressed you up if she was cold so if we like strong Stella, you'll get strong Stella too ahahaha
And did you know? We served breakfast today which is a first as we usually open at 5pm due to living far from our restaurant at the moment (in Newcastle) but we are working on moving in Shotley Bridge which is close enough for us to start opening for breakfast. You're in for morning treats but stick to your porridge just a bit more, we'll let you know when ;)
