What an incredible night at The Olive Tree Spalding! 🦪🐙🐟
Our Sea Food Delight Night was absolutely buzzing from start to finish, with the restaurant packed with guests enjoying a very special five-course seafood experience right here in the heart of Spalding.

And just look at these incredible photographs!
A huge thank you to one of our amazing customers for allowing us to share these photographs from their evening with us.

From fresh oysters and beautifully prepared shellfish to octopus, mussels, scallop and pan-roasted halibut, it was a menu designed to showcase some of the incredible seafood our kitchen can work with.

The response on the night was fantastic, and seeing so many tables enjoying themselves, discovering new dishes and celebrating great food together is exactly why we love putting on special dining events.

At The Olive Tree, we want to build a reputation as a destination for exceptional seafood in Lincolnshire and Cambridgeshire.

A restaurant worth travelling to for beautifully prepared seafood, quality ingredients and a genuinely memorable dining experience.

🔥 WE LISTENED… AND WE TOOK ACTION! 🔥

Last winter, we know it was a little on the chilly side in the restaurant. You told us, we listened — and we weren't prepared to let another winter go by with anyone feeling cold while enjoying their food!

So, we’ve done something about it. 🔥

We’re absolutely delighted with our new wood-burning stove, and we can’t wait for you to experience just how warm and cosy The Olive Tree Spalding is going to be this winter.

A huge thank you to Paul from for doing such an amazing job. The stove looks fantastic and has completely transformed the feel of the restaurant.

If you're looking for a new fireplace or wood-burning stove, we can highly recommend Paul at Flamecraft — definitely worth checking them out.

Now all that's left is to get the fire roaring, pour the w**e and get the food on! 🍷🔥

WE ARE HIRING! Please Share
We are currently looking for a pot washer/kitchen assistant to join our small but busy kitchen team here at the Olive Tree. Kitchens (and the whole restaurant) rely on this position for the smooth running of everything involved within the business.

Many of us in this industry had our first taste of it in the kitchen sink! and it can and often does lead to other opportunities... So if you are looking to get into the hospitality industry, maybe you've considered being a chef? or you are just looking for some extra hours to boost your income then get in touch and we can arrange a chat/trial shift.

We are only open for food Thursday evening through to Sunday lunch so being available for all or some of these times is required
