A full tour of the Molino Dallagiovanna Flour Factory, seven floors of machines producing the flour we use every day🇮🇹

The level of expertise and passion behind every stage is mind blowing. Each floor is dedicated to a different part of the process, from selecting and testing the grain, through milling, sifting and blending, to the final packaging, refined over generations.

Lunch was a beautiful spread of dishes made using their different flours. The chefs even had a go at making pizzas, MF style.
