🍂 Before summer slips away completely, let’s take one last look at the moments that made it so special at Parkside Reigate. ☀️

From the Reigate Summer Festival and sunny brunches to lunches overlooking Priory Park, evening dinners, cocktails, birthdays, family celebrations and everything in between — what a season it’s been. 🥂🎂

And at the heart of it all? You. ❤️

Every guest who joined us for breakfast, stopped by for coffee, enjoyed a cocktail, shared a meal, celebrated a milestone or simply spent time with friends and family helped make this summer one to remember.

As a family-run independent restaurant in Reigate, your support means so much. It helps us support our local team, work with fantastic local suppliers and keep creating a place for the community to come together.

This is our little look back at Summer 2026 at Parkside — the food, the drinks, the sunshine, the celebrations, the busy days and, most importantly, the people who made them special.

🎉 A special 50th birthday at Parkside Reigate 🥂

We had the pleasure of hosting Nicky’s 50th birthday celebrations this weekend, and what a lovely group of guests they were.

For milestone occasions like this, we want Parkside to feel personal. Nicky and her guests had exclusive use of the restaurant, giving everyone the space to relax, celebrate and enjoy the evening together.

Her favourite music was playing, complimentary bubbles were enjoyed during the meal, and our team were there to make the evening feel that little bit more special.

We were also really pleased to hear that the care taken with two guests with coeliac dietary requirements was appreciated. Looking after individual dietary needs is an important part of making sure everyone can enjoy their celebration.

Most of all, it’s lovely to know that everything went just as our guest had hoped and expected. ❤️

Thank you, Nicky, for choosing our independent Reigate restaurant for such a special milestone, and for taking the time afterwards to share such lovely words about your experience and our team.

🚨 STOP SCROLLING… has anyone actually seen Jack today? 🤔😂

We filmed this a few days ago because the birthday boy mysteriously disappeared on his actual birthday… apparently, he managed to get the day off! 🎂🥳

A huge cheers to the rest of the Parkside team too. They’ve all been working incredibly hard. 🥂

And while we’re celebrating, a massive well done to everyone collecting their GCSE results today. Whatever your grades, keep believing in yourself. 👏

A proud dad moment today. ❤️

If you don’t know me, I’m Raj, and together with my sister, I own Parkside Reigate

I don’t usually come in front of the camera, but today I wanted to share something personal.

My daughter achieved three A grades and secured her first-choice place at UCL, and I couldn’t be prouder.

But today isn’t just about my daughter.

Several members of our Parkside team also received their results today. Since taking over Parkside, I’ve become a bit of a father figure to many of our younger team members, and one thing we’ve always wanted is for every member of our team to achieve their goals, fulfil their potential and become the very best version of themselves, wherever life takes them.

And if your results weren’t what you hoped for, please don’t be disheartened. Success doesn’t follow one path, and one set of exam results will never define your future.

Congratulations to every student receiving their results today. I’m incredibly proud of you all. ❤️

👏 One Week Since Our Updated Menu Launch – Thank You! ❤️

It’s been a week since we introduced our updated Parkside menu, bringing together your much-loved favourites with some exciting new additions – including our new pastries, pancakes and brunch offerings, many of which came directly from your feedback and requests.

A huge thank you to everyone who has visited us over the past week. Whether you’ve joined us for breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner or one of our signature steaks, your support means everything to our family-run independent restaurant.

We’ve loved seeing so many of you enjoying both the returning favourites and the new dishes. We always listen to our customers, and this menu is a reflection of what you told us you wanted.

To those of you who were disappointed to see a favourite dish leave the menu, we’re sorry. Every menu update involves difficult decisions, but your feedback hasn’t gone unnoticed. We keep every comment and suggestion, and they’ll all be considered when we make future menu changes.

Creating a new menu isn’t something that happens overnight… 👨‍🍳✨

Every dish on our new menu has been carefully planned, tasted and perfected before it reaches your table.

Here’s what goes on behind the scenes at our independent Reigate restaurant:

🍽️ Creating new dishes and refining recipes
👨‍🍳 Tastings with our chefs, team and valued customers
🥬 Sourcing quality local ingredients wherever possible
📋 Checking every single ingredient to create a full allergen matrix for dietary requirements, vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options
✍️ Proofreading every menu to make sure every detail is correct
🖨️ Printing and laminating every menu in-house with support from local businesses
💻 Updating our ordering system and POS after service has finished, ready for launch

Only when every detail is right do we go live.

We’re incredibly proud of the work that goes into every menu launch because great food starts long before the first order is taken.

at Parkside Reigate! 🚨

Thank you to everyone who visited us today. A new menu like this simply wouldn’t be possible without working with some fantastic local suppliers and businesses.

At Parkside, we’re passionate about supporting local wherever possible. Many of our ingredients are locally sourced, with deliveries arriving daily, as needed, and sometimes even the very same day thanks to the strong relationships we’ve built with our suppliers. That’s one of the real benefits of working with local businesses—if we place an order in the morning, there’s every chance it’ll be with us later that same day.
