Ever wondered what happens before the doors open at Parkside Reigate?
While most people are still waking up, the team are already hard at work behind the scenes getting everything ready for the day ahead.
✔️ Lights on in every area ready to bring Parkside to life
✔️ Music on — because every good breakfast service needs the right vibe and motivation 🎶
✔️ Coffee machine switched on early — because great coffee takes time and needs 20 minutes to warm up properly
✔️ Tables checked and fully set
✔️ Salt, pepper and sugar all topped up
✔️ Floors hoovered ready for the day ahead
✔️ Fridges checked to make sure everything is labelled, fresh and in date
✔️ Kitchen prep underway before the first breakfast orders arrive
✔️ Daily walk to collect our fresh bakery order from Chalk Hills Bakery 🥐
✔️ And usually the odd delivery or two to put away because we use fresh, local ingredients wherever possible like Simon's Free Range Eggs Perkins Of Reigate The Fresh Coffee Company Fresh Connect Elite Fine Foods🚚🥬
And that’s all before 8:30am when the doors officially open 😅
From that moment onwards the day flies by with coffees pouring, breakfasts sizzling, burgers cooking and customers filling the restaurant from morning through to afternoon.
A lot goes on behind the scenes to keep Parkside running smoothly — and we wouldn’t have it any other way ☕🍳
