Nothing beats a Cornish bank holiday spent by the sea 🌊☀️ A stop at Pilchards Café in Port Gaverne with the sound of the waves, blue skies overhead, and one of the best coastal views to sit back and enjoy. Good food, sea air, and a reminder that sometimes the simplest moments turn into the best memories. Feeling lucky to call places like this part of our adventures 💙

As the sun slips below the horizon over Port Gaverne, the sky turns shades of pink and gold that seem almost too perfect to be real. The winding road climbs the cliff toward Port Isaac, while the tide quietly rolls into the cove below. It’s the kind of evening that reminds you why this little corner of the Cornish coast feels so special—where the sea, the cliffs, and the fading light come together in a moment you wish could last just a little longer. 🌅🌊

The news of four local pubs closing their doors has hit our community hard. Behind every set of shutters are dedicated teams who have poured their energy, care, and personality into serving our guests and who have woken up today facing unexpected uncertainty.
