During Mental Health Awareness week (11-17 May), we’ve been reflecting on how walking along the South West Coast Path is a simple, powerful way to support mental health. Whether it’s just a few steps or the whole 630 miles, we know the Path moves people, and we love supporting people in getting out and enjoying this incredible natural asset.

Our community walks help people stay active, connect with others, and enjoy the calming benefits of being in nature. Our recent blog ‘Step by Step: Walking Supports Good Mental Health’ shows the positive impact of these walks and how fresh air, movement, and community can make a lasting difference to wellbeing.

If you’re out on the Path this weekend, enjoy, and let’s hope that the battle between spring and winter sees spring get the upper hand – warm sunshine needed, please!
