☕ 11:00–12:30 – SMART Family & Friends
A supportive space for those walking alongside someone in recovery.

🪷 NADA Acupuncture with Kim
Sessions at 11:00am, 12:00pm, 1:00pm & 2:00pm
Please arrive on the hour to take part.

🛍️ 12:30–2:30 – Swap Shop
A space to give, take and swap clothing and household items. Everyone welcome.

🎨 2:00–4:00 – Creative Wellbeing
A relaxed, creative session to express yourself, build confidence and connect with others.

🧘 2:00–3:00 – Mindfulness
Take some time to slow down, breathe and reset in a calm and supportive environment.

💖 3:00–5:00 – L.O.U.I.S.E Women's Group
A welcoming space for women to connect, chat, support one another and enjoy activities together.

Almost a year ago, SRC's national conference in Perth brought together people from across Scotland's recovery community.

Alongside conversations about recovery systems, participation, leadership, prison, and research — one workshop focused on a question that wouldn't go away: are Scotland's systems truly working for women?

That conversation planted something. And today, we're sharing what grew from it.

The Women in Recovery Themes 1–6 are now available — co-produced with more than 140 people and organisations across Scotland, covering six themes that too often go unaddressed:

✦ Women Who Have Had Their Children Removed

✦ Women's Health, Menopause and Drug and Alcohol Harm

✦ Women, Domestic Abuse and Drug and Alcohol Harm

✦ Women, Gambling and Drug and Alcohol Harm

✦ Women, Drug and Alcohol Harm and the Justice System

✦ Women, Neurodiversity and Drug and Alcohol Harm

Each session includes evidence, real examples, questions for local reflection, and practical recommendations — designed to help services, communities, and decision-makers build something genuinely better for women in recovery.

This is a relaxed, welcoming space where men can connect, share experiences, build friendships and support one another in a safe and non-judgemental environment.
