There are three small details our chefs look for every single time. Most people never think to check them, but once you know, you can't unsee them.

That's Friday night sorted in our home.

A bowl of South Indian Garlic Chicken, deep amber, fragrant with curry leaves and slow-toasted garlic. Naan torn at the edge. Sofa waiting. The kind of dinner that makes everyone go quiet for the first bite.

No chopping. No washing up. Just a proper curry, handmade by our chefs, ready when you are.

This is the one that earned a Great Taste Gold Star back in 2021, and it still tastes exactly the same today. Same recipe. Same care. Same slow-cooked depth you'd expect from a restaurant kitchen.

That's really all it takes. Chicken Dopiaza out of the freezer, rice on the hob, naan warming in the oven. Within minutes the whole kitchen smells like a slow-cooked Sunday afternoon.
