£1.30 a pint!!!!!

Tomorrow , we are celebrating the 130th anniversary of Unicorn, known to many as Best Bitter. As one of Robinsons longest-standing and most iconic b**rs, Unicorn has been a favourite among drinkers for generations.

To mark the occasion, we will be offering pints of Unicorn for just £1.30 on Saturday 26th September, while stocks last.

Unicorn was first brewed in September 1896 and has remained a firm favourite ever since.

Today, it continues to be one of Robinsons flagship ales, with a recipe that has remained unchanged for well over a century, Robinsons have carefully preserved the character and quality that have made Unicorn such a staple in our their pubs

Get down early as we only have limited number of pints and once they are gone they are gone

IT’S BACK!

Autumn has arrived, which can only mean one thing at The Waggon… proper comfort food is back on the menu.

And where better to start than our Steamed Mince & Onion Suet Pudding?

Made from scratch in our kitchen, packed to the brim with tender steak, rich onion gravy and all the good stuff, then served with steeped marrowfat mushy peas like mum used to make and plenty of proper gravy.

It’s big. It’s hearty. It’s unapologetically old-school.
