Dish Spotlight is back, and this week we’re taking a closer look at a new addition to our Summer Menu: our Pinecone Tart. 🌟

Foraging is at the heart of this dessert. Using pine cones and rosemary gathered by our chefs, it showcases ingredients that are deeply connected to the landscape around us. 🌲

The Pinecone tart brings subtle woodland notes, while the rosemary ice cream offers aromatic freshness, creating a balance that feels both distinctive and refined.
Paired with bright raspberry gel and a delicate pinecone tuile, each element has been carefully considered to highlight the natural character of the foraged ingredients. 🧑‍🌾
