Did you know our name comes from the famous Bramley apple? First planted in Southwell, Nottinghamshire in 1809, it remains a symbol of exceptional local produce - something we’re proud to celebrate.🌳

Beautifully crafted to resemble the apple itself, this dessert combines a smooth, light creamy centre with a vibrant, tangy apple casing, delivering the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity.

It’s elegant, memorable, and a staple on our menu for a reason.
