We had the absolute pleasure of catering for our beloved customers farewell party on Sunday at Cafe Roya. They booked out the whole venue and we did bespoke Palomas, Spicy Margs and Lychee Blush cocktails, Samosa Pie with tamarind drizzle, Lebanese Bake, Za’atar roasted potatoes, Indian Slaw, Fresh nachos with charred corn salsa, Peach and raspberry salad, ‘Ferrerro Rocher’ cookie dough bars and lots of sticky toffee pud and custard cream. I had the absolute pleasure to join my best friend this year whilst her and the team organised by Shauna Flannigan provided BSL and IS for Vegan Camp Out (UK) this year. There were obviously some very serious and harrowing chats but there were also some really fantastic comedy, the most amazing vegan food, so many dance and yoga workshops, some great music and with all the love in the air even marriage proposals! If you’re vegan or not - I fully recommend this one! Thank you to the deaf community for being so welcoming - I loved hanging out with you all! And well done to all the organisers - you smashed it! 👊🏼 💚

A belated thank you to all those that joined me for our first ever cookery course last Monday! This talented bunch made a summer tomato, oregano and basil tart, fresh pita, hummus, Waldorf, Shulbato, raw tacos and a delicious German potato salad with tempeh bacon - all vegan! Then we all sat down to enjoy the fruits of their labour! 💚👩‍🍳👨🏽‍🍳
