The doors are open from midday today, and despite the kitchen being closed, we are fully ready for you! Even though it’s bright outside, it's getting a proper bit chilly out, so come on down to warm up inside with some great drinks and great company. 🍺

A huge shoutout to everyone taking part in the Stilton Stumble - 10k road race in Cropwell Bishop race today! 🏃‍♂️💨 Once you cross the finish line, get on down here for a nice crisp pint to rehydrate and settle in to watch the mighty Forest!

Unfortunately, the kitchen is closed today, which we are genuinely gutted about. However, we’ve had some very encouraging inquiries for our chef position coming through, so things are definitely moving in the right direction! Thank you all so much for sticking by us. ❤️

Even though it’s bright outside, it's starting to get a proper bit chilly out there. So, the fires are lit, and The Plough is officially nice and cozy—come on down to warm up with some great drinks and great company! 🪵🔥

🍳 Lunch Service: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM (Last food orders 2:30 PM)
🍽️ Evening Service: 4:00 PM till late (Last food orders 7:30 PM)

Unfortunately, as we work through our chef recruitment, we are going to have to shut the kitchen tomorrow. Please bear with us on this—the one thing we want to deliver is an absolute knockout Sunday dinner because you deserve nothing less! As soon as we recruit the right person, bringing back Sunday lunch is something we'll be striving to deliver. 🥩🍷

Kitchen Update – Today 📢

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are having to close the kitchen today.
We are so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause to anyone planning on dining with us.
The bar remains open as normal from 12:00 PM for cold drinks, fresh real ales, hot drinks, and a warm place to sit! 🍺☕

Good morning Cropwell Butler! ☀️👋

First off... wow, what a Friday night!
Oh, hang on a minute... it was Tuesday last night?! What on earth is going on?! 😂

It turns out you’re not just a hungry lot—you’re properly thirsty, too! When we first started this venture, we were cautiously ordering 4.5-gallon pins. We stepped it up and put a couple of full 9-gallon casks on, and you’ve nearly drank us through those as well! How thirsty is Cropwell?! We are absolutely loving it. 🍻🔥

Don't panic though—we’ve rushed through an express delivery for fresh cask ales and b**rs, so we’ll be fully restocked and ready to pour again in a couple of days, well in time for the weekend!
From the Kitchen: 🍽️👨‍🍳

It wasn't just the bar getting slammed—the kitchen was absolutely insane last night! A massive shoutout to Chef Barry, who came in and smashed it completely out of the park. The dishes coming over the pass were incredible, and seeing a full dining room on a Tuesday night means the world to us.
Thank you all so much for your continued support, your patience, and for bringing such a brilliant atmosphere into the pub every single night.

Rory takes the keys to the refurbished Cross Keys pub in Nottingham! 🗝️

Our new Management Partner Rory Calladine has taken the reins at the popular city centre pub following a £100,000 investment.

🗨️"I was instantly drawn to the pub and as soon I discovered it was available in a partnership with Punch, I jumped at the chance." 🍍

Regular guests at The Cross Keys will instantly notice the pub’s traditional feel and special characteristics have been retained throughout but that a complete refresh has taken place. 💫

We have reopened the Keyworth Tavern following a quarter-of-a-million refurbishment 🔥

The Keyworth pub in Nottingham, run by our Management Partner John Francis, had been closed for 5 weeks while we tore out the bar, stripped the pub back and replaced everything with new, modern furnishings. 🤩

Great work by everyone involved in the transformation 🥂

Newly married couple Gareth and Jamie Furness have take the over The Bay Horse Inn in Pickering. 🔔

The pub has received a £400,000 investment and Gareth says it has been very well received by locals. 😃

“We are seeing more locals returning to the pub, faces that haven't been seen here for many years and we are seeing them on a regular basis... The refurb has really put The Bay Horse Inn back on the map and firmly at the heart of the Pickering community.” ❤️
