Congratulations to Kyle and Taleesha who were married a couple of weeks ago. I had the pleasure of doing their wedding cake and biscuits for favours.

This was a 10’’ round 4layers and a 8’’ round 4 layers both filled with jam and buttercream in each layer, which was then covered in a white chocolate ganache. It was then covered in couture fondant icing and I use the panelling method to achieve high quality finish and sharp edges. It was then hand decorated with edible pearls and finished with floral decor.

Sorry I didn’t get a pic of the biscuits so if anyone who attended has one feel free to pop it on ☺️
