🎃👻 HALLOWEEN FUN AT THE STAR INN, MATFIELD! 👻🎃

Bring the little monsters along for our Children’s Halloween Disco Tent! 🕷️🦇

Long post! But please read until the end!

❤️ DANCING FOR TWO GREAT CAUSES!

We suggest a £5 donation per child, which will be split between two wonderful charities:

💜 Demelza Children’s Hospice – providing extraordinary care to children and young people with serious or life-limiting conditions, supporting families and helping create extraordinary moments.

💛 This Is Us – a local organisation offering regular, accessible creative movement classes and opportunities for children and adults with additional needs across West Kent. They are currently fundraising for a much needed permanent location.

Every donation helps support these fantastic causes. Thank you for helping us give something back to our community! ❤️

🍕 FOOD & BBQ!

* 🍕 Delicious pizza by the slice
* 🔥 BBQ running from 4pm–8pm

Come for the disco, stay for the food, and enjoy Halloween with us! 🎃

⚠️ A FEW IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTES

* Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at ALL TIMES. Parents and guardians remain responsible for their children throughout the event.
* The disco tent will feature loud music, flashing lights and a smoke machine. Please consider this if your child is sensitive to these effects or has photosensitive epilepsy.

We can’t wait to see all your little witches, ghosts, pumpkins and spooky characters! 🧙‍♀️👻🎃

📣 A LITTLE SEPTEMBER UPDATE 🍕☕🐾

As we head into September, we’re making a small change to our pizza shack opening hours.

🍕 Pizza Shack
Thursday – Saturday | 4pm – 8.30pm

We’ll be reviewing our opening hours again in October as we head further into the autumn months.

But don’t worry… we’ve got plans! 👀🙌

Over the winter weekends, we’ll be reinventing our outside bar into the perfect coffee stop and dog-walking spot — somewhere to grab a lovely coffee, warm up, and enjoy a little countryside pit stop with your four-legged friends. ☕🐶🌳

More details coming soon!

Thank you, as always, for your continued support ❤️
