If you love a sweet and savoury combination, our Hawaiian Chicken is definitely one to try! 😍

Tender chicken topped with caramelised pineapple, melted cheese, coriander and spring onion. A delicious mix of flavours that works so well together! 😋🍴

Meet Shenise, one of our lovely supervisors at The Commodore!

Shenise has been part of the Moss & Co family for over 2 years now, and we love having her as part of the team! Her favourite dish on the menu has to be our Kiev Chicken Bucket, usually paired with a Diet Coke or a Lonkero!

When she’s not busy at work, Shenise has a miniature Labradoodle keeping her on her toes! 🐾
