MEET THE FOOD 🔥

one leeds-born hot sauce and three ghost chillis make for two seriously hot creations.

🔥hot damn chicken – tender chicken thigh in a sticky, sweet marinade with a sharp kick that ramps up to serious heat
🌶️ ghost chilli ranch – cool, creamy and herby, with a proper triple ghost chilli punch to keep things interesting

feeling brave? try our hot pick, our match made in hell:
DAMN, THAT’S HOT! Burrito – hot damn chicken meets ghost chilli ranch, then loaded with coriander rice, black beans, lettuce, pico de gallo and cheese, finished with pickled onions and jalapeños for that final fiery kick.

this is the story behind our hottest drop yet: the partnership that started it all, the heat we built together, and the new menu that brings it all together.

MEET THE HEAT 🌶️

the spark behind our hottest drop yet: the hot damn triple ghost chilli sauce by

it’s a brutal mash-up of three of the world’s most notorious chillies:
🌶️ the trinidad scorpion moruga: it looks like a scorpion and stings like one too
🌶️ the yellow naga bhut jolokia: the OG ghost chilli, you won’t see the heat coming
🌶️ the carolina reaper: once crowned the hottest chilli on the planet

we only use a few drops of it in the ghost chilli ranch recipe. that’s how hot it is.

this is the story behind our hottest drop yet: the partnership that started it all, the heat we built together, and the new menu that brings it all together.

pt.3 coming soon.

MEET THE LEGEND🔥

every great sauce has a story, and this one started as a lockdown experiment in mum’s kitchen.

has been building a cult following ever since, one bottle at a time.

from the moment our food director james tried it, there was only one thought: we need to bring this heat to tortilla.

what followed? tasting session after tasting session, chasing the perfect balance between fire and flavour.

this is the story behind our hottest drop yet: the partnership that started it all, the heat we built together, and the new menu that brings it all together.

pt. 2 coming soon...
