One year ago, we gave our baby a glow-up with a new name, new look, same promise: real food, nothing to hide.

Since then, you’ve eaten over 30,000 NUUDA meals 🍽️

October is Menopause Awareness Month 🤍

Menopause can be a time of huge change and when life already feels full, figuring out what to eat shouldn’t have to be another thing to think about.

The first Sunday of autumn calls for cottage pie. 🍂

High-welfare, grass-fed British beef, slow-cooked in a rich tomato sauce with carrots and peas, then topped with creamy potato & cauliflower mash.

Autumn has officially arrived 🍂

We thought we’d share just a few of our favourites for cooler days, cosy evenings and feeling nourished as we head into the new season.

Starting the day with MISSION tea and a MOJU immunity shot, a gorgeous TBCo tartan blanket. A warming Borough Broth chicken bone broth or a bowl of NUUDA Carrot & Ginger Soup.
