Great to be back in the after only six weeks since relaunching. There’s no denying that we are still finding our feet here as we continue to develop and refine both menu and service but this acknowledgment is so incredibly reassuring that we’re on the right path. NYE - Slight change of plan here. Chef Jack is out for the count with back problems. We have to cancel tonight’s tasting menu, however, we’ve got a lot of champagne and oysters, I am gallantly attempting to get through as much as possible but a man’s got a limit. If anyone fancies helping me out we’ll be open for drinks and snacks from 6pm. Thanks, Jamie 🥂

Liverpool & My Million Pound Menu

Pilgrim recently participated on the BBC2 TV programme ‘My Million Pound Menu’ and are excited to have secured a partnership with Graffiti Spirits Group in Liverpool. We have opened our first restaurant at the brand new Duke Street Food & Drink Market in the heart of Liverpool in June, 2019.

Duke Street Food & Drinks Market will be the first of its kind in Liverpool; a 200-year old, completely refurbished grade listed ship-building warehouse will be transformed into one of the premier food destinations of the North with 6 street food vendors, a deli, florist and craft beer & cocktail bar. The mezzanine level will be home to Pilgrim; a 60 seat flagship restaurant and terrace with an open kitchen and a centrepiece live-fire grill where we will be serving up a diverse menu of Spanish & Iberian flavours found along the many routes of the Camino de Santiago.
