The Botanic house is a Live Entertainment venue in the heart of Inverness, the highland capital. We have a superb capacity of 750, with mezzanine level, outdoor area, multiple bars, available for private functions, groups, packages, book benches, booths, mezzanine, terrace! With state of the art equipment and trained bar, floor and events team, we offer only the very best of entertainment.

We are an over 18s venue unless otherwise specified. Holding a valid ticket is not proof of age.
* PARKING FACILITIES
Parking facilities are available at Ardconnel Terrace Inverness, a short walking distance from The Botanic, NOTE - There is a long set of steps to this car park. The use of public transport, taxis & trains etc. is highly recommended and Inverness bus and train stations are within two minutes walk of the venue.
* MOBILITY ACCESS & FACILITIES
There is lift access available from the main street level onto the main venue area, there is a wheelchair accessible toilet on this floor available via radar key.
* LOST PROPERTY *
All lost property is logged and will held by the police, usually deposited on a Monday. It may take a day or so for them to have this ready for collection but we would advise that if you have lost property to collect that you contact police on 01463 228 555 or visit Burnett Road Police Station. This is our lost property policy and will allow customers to collect as staff are only here at limited times during the week currently.
