Today, on what would have been Rachael Brown’s birthday, we remember her with love, respect, and deep sadness.

Rachael sadly passed away on 07-05-2026 after battling ill health. She was a valued part of the Saffron Restaurant family for over 12 years, and her kindness, hard work, and warm smile will always be remembered by all of us.

She was more than a colleague — she was a friend and an important part of our journey. Her presence brought happiness to both staff and customers throughout the years.

On her birthday, we take a moment to honour her memory and celebrate the wonderful person she was. She will always remain in our hearts and never be forgotten.

Our thoughts and prayers are with her family and loved ones.
