Holiday’s over - time to introduce the Garden Cafe’s new baby. The Stovie Bar. We will be launching at George Sq Gardens next week and can’t wait. Nothing beats traditional Stovies made with love and the best ingredients. In our case, Forsyth’s of Peebles corned beef, Traquair Ale sausages and confit truffled duck. Always with a vegan option alongside - spiced carrot or celeriac and swede current faves. All served with home-made condiments - coriander pickled beetroot/ pickled walnut salsa/Bloody Mary ketchup are week one options. And then the Scottish Lady Brewer ales to sup alongside from Traquair and the West Brewery 😋 Hope to see you there!
