Such a beautiful book club session yesterday. Lots of fascinating conversations about this month’s pick Flashlight by Susan Choi, shortlisted for this year’s Women’s Prize (as is our very own book club host Rozie’s novel Kingfisher 🤩)

We ended the session with Sachertorte and homemade apricot and raspberry ice cream in kingfisher colours, made by Sheki and Sam’s dad to celebrate Rozie and her brilliant book. We may have also taken a moment to celebrate another sauna prize this week 😉 and it turns out eating cake in the rain makes it even more delicious 🌧️

We came home with hearts full of joy & tummies full of cake. Rooting for you next week Rozie 🧡💛💙
