We cannot take any more bookings for Fathers Day as we are now fully booked.
We are very sorry to those of you that have missed out on a table this time but don't worry we are now taking taking bookings for next Sunday so you can still indulge yourselves in our amazing Sunday Roast.

*** Attention to our loyal customers ***

Just a friendly message to anyone wishing to book tables with us, it is now compulsory for anyone making a booking to pay a £5 deposit per person.
The total deposit paid will be deducted from your final bill at the end of your reservation. Please note this is a non-refundable deposit.
This is purely because we have had a number of tables booked and had no shows for them without being informed they no longer require the table, as a result of this we have turned away walk ins.

We hope you all understand our reasoning behind our decision.

As we head into summer, we just wanted to take a moment to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported us since we took the reins at The Stubbing Wharf back in April.
It's been a gradual process getting everything up and running again, but we're delighted to say that we're now in full swing! 🔥
Our kitchen is smoking hot and we're proudly serving delicious wood-fired and charcoal-grilled food from Thursday to Saturday, alongside our hearty traditional Sunday Roasts each week.
The feedback we've received so far has been absolutely fantastic from those who have come in and sampled our menu, and we're incredibly grateful for every kind word, recommendation, and returning visit.
Of course, we've also had a few people walk away because we don't serve traditional pub grub—and that's absolutely okay. We're passionate about offering something a little different, and we'd encourage everyone not to be afraid of stepping outside their comfort zone and trying something new from our menu.
We can make you one very big promise... you won't regret it. In fact, we're pretty confident it'll leave you wanting to come back and try even more!
We always recommend booking your table in advance, and we strongly advise booking early for Sundays as tables fill up quickly.

This beast is proving seriously popular, and is a real treat for those meat lovers 😋
Dry Aged Tomahawk, Lamb Rump, Honey & Mustard Glazed Gammon, Beef Dripping Potatoes, Cumin Roasted Carrots, Tenderstem Broccoli, Spring Greens, Whole Head Cauliflower Cheese, Beef Dripping Yorkies, Bottomless Marrow Bone Gravy, Homemade Horseradish but to top it off, all the meat is cooked over the open fire ❤️‍🔥

🚴⭐ EXCITING NEWS FOR HEBDEN BRIDGE! ⭐🚴
This Thursday, 11th June, we have something very special happening at The Stubbing Wharf!
England's former Women's Football Captain, Jill Scott, will be making a brief pit stop with us as she passes through on her incredible homecoming Sports Relief cycle challenge from Wembley Stadium in London all the way to the Stadium of Light in Sunderland.
Jill and her team are expected to arrive at approximately 10:00am and will be with us for around 30 minutes before departing again at roughly 10:35am. We've also been told that another familiar celebrity will be accompanying her on the journey, so keep your eyes peeled!
This is a fantastic opportunity for the town of Hebden Bridge to come together and show support for the amazing challenge Jill is undertaking. We'd love to see as many of you as possible lining the streets outside the pub to give her a warm Yorkshire welcome and cheer her on as she continues her journey.
To help ensure Jill and her team can arrive and depart safely, please note that our car park will be closed to the public for the duration of the visit. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation with this.

Our new menu is looking (and tasting) incredible — proper wood-fired small plates and generous center pieces made with fresh local produce.
Think juicy Aged Pork Tomahawk, beautiful steaks, and all those lovely sharing dishes.

!!!We’re fully booked this Saturday and Sunday!!! but walk-ins are more than welcome any other time.
