A huge thank you to everyone for your cooperation during a very busy and extremely hot half-term week! ☀️

First of all, a massive thank you to all of our staff who worked tirelessly in less-than-ideal conditions. That heat was something else, especially when there's a queue out of the door! We couldn't be prouder of the hard work, dedication and smiles they brought every day.

Our regular customers may have noticed a few new faces recently as we continue training our newest team members. They're doing a fantastic job, and we'd like to thank you all for your patience and support while we show them the ropes. Every experienced member of staff was once a beginner, and your kindness really helps build their confidence.

Secondly, thank you to the vast majority of our customers for your understanding during the busy periods. Half-term, sunshine and fish & chips are always a recipe for queues! While we always work as quickly as possible, we're only human and unfortunately can't perform miracles. We appreciate those who wait patiently and treat our team with respect.

From our family to yours, thank you for your continued support. We truly do have the best customers, and we're grateful for every single one of you. ❤️🐟🍟
