Over the past week or so we have been doing some experimenting with some new coffees and in a few days we will be ready to share it with you 🧑🔬
The first is an Arabica blend from Malawi that includes some Geisha beans, known for the brighter, sweeter and lighter profile 🍮🍊🍍
The Second, a specialty Robusta from India. Known for its bold, intense flavor, Robusta offers a distinct bitterness—but it’s bitterness with a purpose. With nearly double the caffeine content of Arabica (2.2-2.7% compared to Arabica's 1.2-1.5%), it’s the perfect pick-me-up for serious caffeine lovers 💥💨
This unique Robusta has gone through an 84 hour fermentation process to help bring out some more of those nuanced flavours, expect a more roasted, chocolate, plum and molasses type flavour with this one, for those who like the classic flavour of coffee ☕
