These are our baby back ribs here at The White Hart 🔥

They have been a staple ever since we opened. We use a simple salt & pepper rub and they get smoked for around 4 hours. Perfection 🙌

Beef birria tacos are backkk on the menu 🌮

Slow cooked beef stuffed into a tortilla wrap with cheese, brushed with our birria sauce then pressed on our grill until perfectly toasted 🤩

Our trays have been going viral for a little while now and for good reason 🤩

All of our bbq is smoked hot and fresh daily from 4 AM 🔥

Each day our sharing tray consists of the best cuts available. Our trays also come with a side per person and are also now served with home made corn bread 🌽
