So what can only be described as the hottest week since time began I had this 7 tier wedding cake to do, my stress levels where at defcon 4 as I wanted it to be perfect.
There were no less than 7kg of sugar paste used to ice it and in total it weighed around 12kg. I wondered at points whether I’d even be able to lift and stack it.
In the end it worked out perfectly and I'm absolutely delighted with the result

Not a fan of cake 😳😂 why not have a birthday pavlova instead, delicious chocolate meringue filled with a hazelnut crème, fresh berries and topped with chocolate shards.
