SOTO - HEALING CHICKEN NOODLES

This week on Ping At Home menu. A chicken noodle soup made with chicken stock, warmth spices of turmeric, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger and roasted onions. Something I eat to comfort, restore and revive.

Topped with succulent poached chicken, spiced potato cakes, crunchy bean sprouts and you got to eat it with black sambal and lime. Explosion of flavours.

Who doesn’t love a fried rice, especially one that is fragrant and spicy. Perfect for carb loading on a cold day. It also helps that it is ready in under 30 minutes, if that! You can also use leftover roast or any other meat and vegetables to create this! Get creative!
