Hi everyone!

The Coffee Shed has now been serving Filey for over 10 years – something we're incredibly proud of.

Some of you know me and my amazing team really well, some of you pop in for the occasional coffee, and some of you might not have visited us yet. Whoever you are, we always aim to make you feel welcome from the moment you walk through the door.

Over the years, "The Shed" (as many of you call it!) has seen plenty of changes, from our menu to our wonderful team. But one of the biggest changes I've noticed as a business owner is just how important social media has become.

Over the coming weeks, we're going to be much more active online. Our younger team members have (quite rightly!) reminded me that it's something we need to embrace, so we're stepping out of our comfort zone and giving it a go.

Keep an eye out for our Instagram and TikTok pages, where we'll be sharing behind-the-scenes moments, new menu items, exciting changes, and plenty of the laughs that make working at The Coffee Shed so special. We've already posted a few TikToks, so why not take a look and get to know us a little better?

Keeping up with the times isn't always easy when trends move so quickly, but we're working hard to introduce more exciting drinks and food options while staying true to what we do best. That may mean saying goodbye to a few old favourites along the way.

At its heart, The Coffee Shed is a coffee shop. We love serving great food too, but our biggest passion will always be providing the very best coffee in Filey, along with friendly service that keeps people coming back.

🌿 In Loving Memory of Anne Dobson 🌿

Our thoughts are with the Dobson family during this difficult time.

Anne was a truly wonderful lady with a big, vibrant personality that lit up The Coffee Shed every time she walked through the door. She had a special way of making us all smile, and her warmth and kindness will never be forgotten.

She will be deeply missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Sending all our love and heartfelt condolences to her family and friends. 💛
