A bit of a different post for this page this evening..... I wanted to reach out to all of Tim's lovely and loyal followers who've supported him over the years. Not one to openly ask for help, I wanted to reach out to you on his behalf. Unfortunately, Tim is going through some tough times (and explains why he's been quiet lately)- please read his story below and if you're able to help in any way, I know it will go a long way to relieving some of the anxiety he is experiencing.

Cubed pork belly coated in our SMKD Pork Rub, then smoked low and slow before being finished with butter, brown sugar & maple syrup for that ridiculously sticky, sweet, smoky glaze. 🤤🔥
