This month we’re showcasing something a little special behind the bar - our Benriach Port Pipe 16 Year Old.

Our Cocktails of the Month have been created by Halle, bringing a light, fresh and summery feel to the menu:

Lillet Rosé Royale
Lillet Rosé, rosé prosecco, strawberries, mint and soda water

La Sombra
Mezcal, demerara sugar, Angostura bitters, orange bitters and orange zest

Whether you’re joining us for a dram, a cocktail or both - Halle and Joe will be behind the bar ready to shake, stir and pour throughout the month.

At Orrin, every detail has meaning - even the colour green.

The name Orrin in Gaelic is understood to mean “pale green”, so it felt natural for green to become part of our identity. From our exterior to touches throughout the restaurant, the tones reflect the landscapes around us here in Moray - calm, welcoming and quietly elegant.

Green represents growth, warmth and connection to the land, which mirrors so much of what we try to create at Orrin through our food, drinks and hospitality.

Behind the scenes at Orrin.

Long before a dish reaches the table, there are countless hours spent tasting, refining and discussing every small detail. Chef Elliott and the kitchen team work closely with the best seasonal and locally sourced produce available, carefully shaping menus around flavour, balance and the time of year.

Alongside this, Halle and our front of house team spend time selecting wines and pairings that complement each dish and elevate the full experience from start to finish.

From the kitchen to the dining room, every element is considered with one goal - to create the best possible experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

A fantastic start to our first event with the Whisky Festival last night, in collaboration with

Our Flavours of Moray evening showcased a thoughtfully curated menu from Chef Elliott, celebrating locally sourced produce with a few more unexpected elements woven through each dish - a true reflection of the region on a plate. Anne from G&M selected the perfect drams to coincide with the dishes whilst talking our group through each of the whiskies chosen.

Last night we held a private event here at Orrin - did you know that we offer exclusive full venue hire alongside smaller, intimate gatherings, Orrin lends itself effortlessly to any occasion.

Birthdays, anniversaries or just an evening well spent - good food, great company and a space that makes it feel like more. We pride ourselves on our whole team with them going above and beyond to make any occasion special. We have a fabulous bar area where you can sit and watch the world go by with a drink made by our experienced bar tenders

Our prix fixe menu is also a firm favourite, with two courses showcasing quality produce at excellent value available lunchtimes & Wednesday evenings
