We had a dream of flavour....flavour that leaps out at you, gets you in a headlock and slaps your lycra-clad butt. Fresh, vibrant, fusion flavours that would be at home in California, Sydney and (maybe) Oaxaca. After eating our way around all those places, we wanted to bring our little piece of the street food revolution to our beloved Edinburgh - and hopefully that's exactly what we've done. We o

pened in 2013 with a mini menu and a big plan: to bring real tacos to town & change the way Edinburghers felt about Mexican cuisine. We hope we are delivering on that, because we sure keep getting excited about it.
