Napole Pizzeria is a family owned authentic Italian restaurant that specialises in amazing pizza, antipasti, pasta dishes and homemade desserts. Nothing comes close to an authentic pizza experience in Naples which has long been known as the birthplace of pizza. Pizzaiolo Antonio Baiano and his family moved from Naples, Italy and decided to recreate this beloved experience in their new home of Edin

burgh, Scotland. They combine the authentic Italian style of cooking with ingredients sourced from Italy and accompanied with local Scottish produce. Napole pizzeria pizzas are made using dough that is proofed for at least 24-48 hours, hand stretched and baked in a traditional wood fired oven. This results in a super thin base with a crispy but light and airy crust.
