Supporting Coastal Locations All Year Round 🌊 🍭 🐦
While coastal towns and destinations often thrive during the peak summer months, it is super important to support these locations throughout the rest of the year.
Many independent businesses, cafés, retailers, market traders, attractions, and hospitality venues rely on year-round custom to remain sustainable.
We have many locations but have been working with Hornsea Village since the autumn of last year which was definitely not high season, yet people did support it. But “month in month” out support is what locals need to be doing and visitors alike. Small businesses are relying on you more thank you think 🤔
Supporting coastal communities outside of the high season helps to:

By visiting, shopping locally, attending events, and supporting independent businesses throughout the year, we help ensure that our coastal communities remain vibrant, resilient, and welcoming for residents and visitors alike—not just in the height of summer, but every season of the year.
If you’re from the local area or fancy working with us here at Hornsea which is an outdoor event based within the shopping village itself, then we would love for you to join us. We have a regular 20 solid crew but would like to grow this by enhancing the offer with makers, creators, artisans and more.
Our market here is always held on a Friday once a month and can be visualised by our pretty coloured gazebos dotted about the village.
