MADRAI 15th AUGUST

Madraí are a Northern Irish indie band crafting atmospheric, guitar driven songs that balance grit with melody, pairing textured production with emotionally direct songwriting.

Leaning into a warmer, more expansive sound, Madraí blend dynamic guitar work, punchy rhythm sections and understated hooks. Their upcoming four track EP “Punch Drunk”, due Summer 2026, captures the band at their most confident, showcasing their most cohesive and refined material to date.

With new music landing this summer and a growing live presence, Madraí are emerging as a distinctive voice within the Irish indie landscape, combining introspective songwriting with anthemic live energy.

Established in Kilkenny by front man Conor Kavanagh, during Bad Mothers Union’s existence they have focused on forging a community of like-minded individuals, bands and artists with the view that no crowd or venue is too small.
They are driven by the unshakeable need to share their artistic vision with the world. Eschewing the standard approach to membership, the band act as a musical collective, thriving on collaboration and what each player’s voice brings to their sonic tapestry.

Headmelt are a DIY Donegal noise rock based in Derry. Squealing irreverence.

DEOCH. is the creative collision some of the worst musicians to ever contribute to the Derry music scene. (Their words not ours). DEOCH. fuse the grit and rebellion of punk energy with the rhythm and attitude of rap culture. Every beat, riff and lyric is a statement: authentic and loud, born from friendship, frustration and a love for breaking the boundaries.
