Fresh fish from cornwall, of course! Its all we use for our fish here :)

Some beautiful skin on Haddock for our fish n chips, and today we have some glorious fresh Cod too for todays special 🐟

Baked Mediterranean Cod with Crispy Potatoes and a Puttanesca sauce - a tomato based sauce with anchovies, capers, olives and a touch of garlic (made here using proper white anchovies)

Join us at The Bridge Inn as we celebrate Joe and Will before they embark on their exciting new adventures!

Joe has been with us from the very beginning, and Will joined us more recently. Both are incredibly talented young individuals who have been a valued part of our team, and while we're sad to see them go, we're so excited to see what the future holds for them.

Come along and help us give Joe and Will the send-off they deserve as they begin this exciting new chapter!
